How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your CrickOS account (athlete, admin, or superadmin) from either the mobile app or the web dashboard. You'll need to sign in first, since the request is tied to your specific account.

In the mobile app

Open the CrickOS app and sign in.
Go to Settings → "Delete My Account".
Tap "Request account deletion", optionally add a reason, and confirm.

On the web dashboard

Go to crickos.vinaedutech.com and sign in.
Go to Settings and find the account deletion option (shown near the bottom of the page).
Confirm the request, optionally with a reason.

What happens next

Account deletion isn't fully self-service, by design — since some athletes are minors and academies need a chance to resolve any open dispute before an account disappears:

If you're an athlete or admin: your request goes to your academy's superadmin for review.
If you're a superadmin: your request goes directly to VINA EDUTECH, since there's no one else above a superadmin within your own academy.
You keep full access to your account while a request is pending.
A request can be approved or declined (with a reason shown to you) — declining doesn't delete anything.

What data is deleted, and what's kept

Once approved, your account is deactivated immediately and you're signed out everywhere. Rather than erasing everything outright, we anonymize your personal data while keeping the underlying financial/attendance records intact — this is standard practice for the same reason a bank or gym keeps anonymized transaction history after closing an account: for the academy's legal and accounting obligations, and so other athletes'/academy's own records aren't corrupted by missing data.

Deleted / anonymized immediately

Your login and password (permanently revoked — you cannot sign back in).
Your name, email, phone number, and profile photo.
Date of birth, medical/health information, and emergency/guardian contact details.
Any other directly-identifying personal information on your profile.

Retained, but no longer linked to your identity

Invoices, payment, and attendance records — kept for the academy's accounting and legal record-keeping, with an indefinite retention period (no fixed deletion date), but shown against an anonymized "Deleted User" rather than your name.
